All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. The estimated delivery time depends on your location:
Delivery time for Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Delivery time for Tier 2 and Rural Areas: 7-10 business days
Please note, delivery times may vary based on your location, availability of products, and weather conditions. In some cases, delivery may take longer than usual.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. You will see the shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499 within India.
For orders below ₹499, a shipping fee will be applied, which will be displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as delays or incorrect addresses, please contact our support team at honestco.inquiry@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
Missing or Damaged Items: If any item in your order is missing or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate and ensure a prompt resolution.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our shipping options.
