At Unfiltered, we stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of our supplements and personal care items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives broken, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at honestco.inquiry@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Damaged/Defective Products will be replaces/delivered within 7-10 working days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for any of the following:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging or labels
Sale items or gift cards
Any supplement or consumable item unless it arrived damaged or was sent in error
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your damage or misplacement claim is verified and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
